Olivia Clarke Homes

Our Const. Mgr. communicated openly and honestly the whole time, regardless if the news was good or bad. He was on top of things immediately, kept us informed of the status of our home throughout the process and he is just a genuine and nice guy. He was very professional and made sure our experience was top notch. He is amazing and we cannot say enough great things about him. Our sales manager was also just as amazing. So kind and knowledgeable about the Olivia Clarke product.

We love our new Olivia Clarke home! The design is the perfect fit for our family. From our very first visit to the model home, thru the entire build process, all the way to closing our experience was best in class. Diane Walker and Sage Backus in sales along with our builder Miguel Rodriquez made us feel like they were building a home for themselves or a family member. Great response time and follow up to any questions or issues. The team made our moving logistics as smooth as possible by keeping us updated on progress and completing by closing date. Our new home was delivered to us perfectly.

Our Sales Rep was great on the front end. Our Const. Mgr. continues to be amazing. Home was built on-time and the communication was great throughout.

We love our new Olivia Clarke home on Georgia St in McKinney! We entertain a lot, and our guests most often comment on the comfort and openness of our home, Best decision on location and home builder!

Overall, we had a very positive experience with Olivia Clarke Homes. From the beginning of the process through closing and moving in, the team was professional, helpful, and responsive. As with any new construction, there have been a few small items that needed attention after moving in, but the team has been responsive when we have reached out and has worked with us to address them. We appreciate everyone who helped make the process go smoothly and are very happy with our experience overall. We are very happy with our home and especially love its design, character, and attention to detail. Having lived abroad for several years, finding a home here in Texas with a Mediterranean-inspired design was especially meaningful to us. It brings back wonderful memories and gives us a special connection to a place where our family spent some very happy years. That personal connection made this home feel like the right one for us, and we are truly enjoying making it our home.
